There are several types of accommodation available for intending residents.
1. Adult Day Care:Care through the day for parents of working professionals or single parents.Pick up and drop facility is considered up to 30 minutes drive.
2. Short Stay: Options for parents of people travelling frequently or Senior Citizens (NRIs) visiting India or Post Surgery rehab
3. On Rent or long term lease or life time lease. life time lease means for a maximum period 10 years
- A Type – Studio Apartment
It is well furnished with an attached bathroom & Kitchenette
- B Type – One Bedroom Apartment
It is well furnished with one bedroom, drawing/dining room, attached bathroom & Kitchenette
- C Type – Two Bedroom Apartment
It is well furnished with two bedrooms, drawing/dining room, two attached bathrooms & a Kitchenette
- D Type – Larger Two Bedroom Apartment
It is well furnished and more spacious with two bedrooms, drawing/dining room, two attached bathrooms & a full-fledged Kitchen.
